A 381.8 km round-trip mountain biking expedition from Dar es Salaam to Mloka in the Rufiji region and back. Ride through villages, farmland and increasingly remote rural landscapes, with a dedicated cycling guide, motorbike escort and fundi throughout. Stay two nights camping and one night at Selous Mapumziko Lodge, with an evening boat excursion on the Rufiji River.

Continue through rural landscapes and remote villages toward Mloka. Check in at Selous Mapumziko Lodge and relax after the ride. If time allows, enjoy an evening boat excursion along the Rufiji waterways before dinner.
After breakfast, begin the return journey toward Panga la Mwingereza, following the route back through rural surroundings. Ride at a comfortable pace with regular hydration and rest stops before returning to camp for dinner and overnight rest.
After an early breakfast, begin the final 114 km back to Dar es Salaam. The motorbike escort and fundi provide technical assistance, navigation and refreshments along the way. The expedition concludes at Askari Monument after completing approximately 381.8 km over four days.
